  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pork: Cut the pork into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Make the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes; whisk until smooth.
  3. Marinate the Pork: Add pork cubes to the marinade, tossing until well-coated; marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Cook the Pork: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil; add the marinated pork, sautéing for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
