- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Prepare the Pork: Cut the pork into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
- Make the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes; whisk until smooth.
- Marinate the Pork: Add pork cubes to the marinade, tossing until well-coated; marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook the Pork: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil; add the marinated pork, sautéing for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Thicken the Sauce: Pour reserved marinade into the skillet, sprinkle cornstarch, and stir until sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve: Remove from heat, garnish if desired, and serve immediately.
