- 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Cheese Base by softening cream cheese and mixing it with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan until smooth.
- Add Spinach and Seasoning by stirring in chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until combined.
- Shape the Crisps by scooping portions onto a baking sheet, flattened to form patties.
- Bake the Crisps in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool and Serve by letting them firm up for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
You can prepare the cheese mixture a day ahead and store in the refrigerator. Consider using an air fryer for quicker cooking.
