Description

Delicious low-carb Spinach Cheese Crisps made with a trio of creamy cheeses and fresh spinach, perfect for snacking or entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheese Base by softening cream cheese and mixing it with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan until smooth.
  2. Add Spinach and Seasoning by stirring in chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until combined.
  3. Shape the Crisps by scooping portions onto a baking sheet, flattened to form patties.
  4. Bake the Crisps in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cool and Serve by letting them firm up for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

You can prepare the cheese mixture a day ahead and store in the refrigerator. Consider using an air fryer for quicker cooking.
