Description

A decadent Snickers Peanut Butter Cake that combines layers of brownie, creamy peanut butter, and chocolatey goodness for an indulgent dessert experience.


Ingredients

  • 480 g packaged brownie mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 115 g melted unsalted butter
  • Water, as needed
  • Peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • Snickers pieces, chopped
  • Sticky caramel
  • Roasted nuts (peanuts or mixed nuts)
  • Velvety chocolate topping (ganache or chocolate sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to brownie mix instructions.
  2. Combine brownie mix, egg, melted butter, and water until smooth.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
  4. Bake according to package instructions until edges are set.
  5. Cool the brownies completely.
  6. Spread a layer of peanut butter over the cooled brownies.
  7. Sprinkle Snickers pieces across the peanut butter layer.
  8. Drizzle with caramel.
  9. Top with roasted nuts.
  10. Pour on the chocolate topping and chill until set.
