Description
Delightful hand pies that capture the essence of summer with rich chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and crunchy graham crackers encased in a flaky crust.
Ingredients

- 1 package of refrigerated pie crust (14.1 oz, about 400 g)
- 2 chocolate bars, chopped into small bits (around 90 g total)
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows (120 ml)
- 3/4 cup crushed graham crackers (90 g)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the pie crust package instructions.
- Roll out the pie crusts on a lightly floured surface until smooth and about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut circles approximately 4-5 inches wide with a round cutter or knife.
- Place a few bits of chocolate, a handful of marshmallows, and a sprinkle of graham crackers on half of each circle.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket, pressing the edges firmly to seal.
- Crimp the edges with a fork for fun designs and an extra seal.
- Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and sprinkle reserved graham cracker crumbs on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Make ahead by preparing these hand pies a day in advance and baking them just before serving. Air fryers can also be used for a crispy finish.
