Instructions
- Prepare your chicken: Place the fresh, boneless chicken thighs in the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Create the Teriyaki sauce: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and ginger, then pour over the chicken thighs.
- Set it to cook: Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken: Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
