Instructions

- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides if necessary.
- Add the Irish whiskey (if opting for the boozy version) and blend again briefly.
- Pour the shake into your chilled glasses.
- Finish with a generous topping of whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup, if desired.
