- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the potatoes: In a mixing bowl, toss diced potatoes with olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Roast the potatoes: Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway.
- Cook the ground beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and season with salt and pepper, cooking until no longer pink.
- Steam the broccoli: In a pot with boiling water, steam broccoli florets for about 2 to 3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Plate the dish: Serve the ground beef alongside the crispy roasted potatoes and vibrant steamed broccoli.
