Description

  • 1 cup bread cubes (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (optional, e.g., bell peppers, onions, or spinach)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until fully blended.
  4. Add the cooked sausage, cheese, and optional bread cubes and vegetables to the egg mixture. Stir well to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
