- 170 grams unsalted butter, softened
- 130 grams creamy peanut butter
- 100 grams granulated sugar
- 110 grams packed light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped Reese’s candies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
- Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually introduce the dry ingredients into the wet mix, folding gently until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s candies.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For best results, ensure butter is softened before use. You can refrigerate the dough up to 3 days before baking.
