Description

Indulgent cookies combining the rich flavors of peanut butter and chocolate, filled with chunks of Reese’s candy.


Ingredients

  • 170 grams unsalted butter, softened
  • 130 grams creamy peanut butter
  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 110 grams packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually introduce the dry ingredients into the wet mix, folding gently until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s candies.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  8. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For best results, ensure butter is softened before use. You can refrigerate the dough up to 3 days before baking.
