Description

A crispy, cheesy delight that combines the flavors of pizza and quesadillas, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat your skillet over medium heat and drizzle olive oil.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle mozzarella on half.
  3. Lay sliced pepperoni on top of the cheese and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Fold the tortilla over, and cook until golden brown and cheese melts, about 3–4 minutes.
  5. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden.
  6. Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it rest for a minute before slicing.
  7. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
