- 2 Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Sliced Pepperoni
- 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Heat your skillet over medium heat and drizzle olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle mozzarella on half.
- Lay sliced pepperoni on top of the cheese and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Fold the tortilla over, and cook until golden brown and cheese melts, about 3–4 minutes.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden.
- Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it rest for a minute before slicing.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
