A delightful dish featuring crispy chicken cutlets coated in a golden Parmesan crust, served with a rich and creamy garlic sauce.

- 4 thin chicken cutlets
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan for sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Season both sides of the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each cutlet in flour, shake off excess, then dip in beaten eggs.
- Coat cutlets in a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then cook the coated cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in additional Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Return chicken to skillet, spooning sauce over it for 1 minute.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
Notes
For a healthier option, use an air fryer or roast the chicken at 400°F until fully cooked. Pair with mashed potatoes or a salad for a complete meal.
