- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2–4 tablespoons chili crisp (optional, for spice)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the baking dish by adding broth, peanut butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Whisk until blended.
- Arrange the frozen dumplings in the dish, flat-side down, ensuring they soak up sauce.
- Add the broccoli florets around the dumplings, partially covering them with sauce.
- Cover the dish with a lid or foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Stir gently after 20 minutes and let sit uncovered for 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Garnish with green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds, and chili crisp if desired.
- Serve straight from the baking dish and enjoy!
