- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, warm olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Toss in pasta, milk, and enough water to cover. Season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer. Cook until pasta is al dente and liquid has thickened, about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in grated Parmesan until melted and sauce is creamy.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
