Description
Delicious Monte Cristo sliders filled with layers of ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese, baked until golden brown and dusted with powdered sugar.

- 8 Slider Buns
- 8 oz Sliced Ham
- 8 oz Sliced Turkey
- 8 oz Sliced Swiss Cheese
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 3 tbsp Butter, melted
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and lay the bottom halves in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the fillings: start with ham, then turkey, and finish with Swiss cheese.
- Whisk together eggs and milk; add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered sliders evenly.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns and press gently.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the sliders a day before and store them in the refrigerator. Serve with a tangy dipping sauce for extra flavor.
