Description

A delightful sweet treat combining crunchy crackers, rich toffee, and colorful mini eggs, perfect for Easter celebrations.


Ingredients

  • Saltine or Ritz crackers
  • Homemade or store-bought toffee bits
  • Chocolate candy melts (various colors)
  • Chocolate mini eggs (regular or candy-coated)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the crackers in a single layer.
  3. Melt the toffee in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Pour the melted toffee evenly over the crackers.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate candy melts over the toffee.
  7. Spread the softened chocolate evenly after a few minutes.
  8. Top with mini eggs, pressing them gently into the chocolate.
  9. Cool completely before breaking into pieces.
