Description

  • 240 ml diced yellow onion
  • 113 g canned mild chopped green chilis
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Taco seasoning to taste
  • Tortillas (flour or corn)
  • Cheese (sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack blend)
  • Canned beans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef and onions in a large skillet until browned and translucent.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, green chilis, and salt, and mix well.
  4. Layer tortillas, beef mixture, beans, and cheese in a greased baking dish.
