- 1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped

- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the julienned mango, thinly sliced red cabbage, grated carrots, chopped red bell pepper, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice and honey (or maple syrup), adding salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until well-coated.
- Allow the slaw to sit for about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
Prep the veggies a day in advance, but add the dressing just before serving to keep everything crisp. Optionally add nuts or chili flakes for extra texture and flavor.
