- 1 cup (170 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 5 large croissants (preferably day-old), cut into 2.5 cm pieces
- 4 large eggs
- 120 g granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add in your cut croissant pieces and chocolate chips, folding gently.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This bake can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated. Serve with fresh berries or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
