Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 8 slices thin-cut bacon
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Divide the trimmed asparagus into eight equal bundles.
  4. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Wrap one slice of bacon around each asparagus bundle, overlapping slightly.
  6. Roast in the oven for 18 to 20 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and return to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately while warm.
