- 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 8 slices thin-cut bacon
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Divide the trimmed asparagus into eight equal bundles.
- Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Wrap one slice of bacon around each asparagus bundle, overlapping slightly.
- Roast in the oven for 18 to 20 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and return to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve immediately while warm.
