Description

A creamy cheese ball infused with jalapeños and bacon, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 450 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 100 grams sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 70 grams cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 25 grams green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Additional chopped bacon (for coating)
  • Additional chopped jalapeños (for coating)
  • Additional chopped green onions (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Combine the shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, chopped jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball using plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
