Instructions
- Cook the tortellini: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes. Drain them in a colander, allowing them to cool for a few minutes.
- Combine the salad ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled tortellini, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, red bell pepper, red onion, and chopped basil.
