Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey (99% fat-free)
- 4 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cups chopped baby spinach
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, gently mix the ground turkey, chopped spinach, diced red onion, minced garlic, dill, oregano, salt, pepper, and feta cheese. Be careful not to overmix.
- Divide the mixture into six equal portions and form each into a patty about 3/4 inch thick.
- Place a large skillet over medium heat and drizzle in olive oil.
- Place the formed patties in the skillet and sear them for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until they turn golden brown and are cooked through.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest briefly before serving.
Notes
These patties can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Experiment with adding your favorite herbs and spices!
