- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- Dissolve the jello by whisking together the strawberry jello and 1 cup of boiling water until completely dissolved. Stir in 1 cup of cold water and set aside to cool slightly.
- Prepare the cream layer by blending the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping until completely mixed.
- Layer half of the graham crackers in a 9×13-inch dish to form a sturdy base.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers, spreading it evenly to coat.
- Add half of the cooled strawberry jello over the cream cheese layer.
- Incorporate a layer of sliced strawberries over the jello.
- Repeat the layers starting with the remaining graham crackers, followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture, jello, and strawberries.
- Chill your creation by covering and refrigerating for at least 4 hours, or until set.
