  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
  • 1 package (8 oz) graham crackers
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the jello by whisking together the strawberry jello and 1 cup of boiling water until completely dissolved. Stir in 1 cup of cold water and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the cream layer by blending the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping until completely mixed.
  3. Layer half of the graham crackers in a 9×13-inch dish to form a sturdy base.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers, spreading it evenly to coat.
  5. Add half of the cooled strawberry jello over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Incorporate a layer of sliced strawberries over the jello.
  7. Repeat the layers starting with the remaining graham crackers, followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture, jello, and strawberries.
  8. Chill your creation by covering and refrigerating for at least 4 hours, or until set.
