- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Butter (softened)
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup M&Ms (chopped and whole, separated)
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips (divided)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the sugars, butter, and vegetable oil in a stand mixer for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Sift together baking powder, salt, baking soda, and flour in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract until incorporated.
- Fold in the chopped M&Ms and ½ cup of white chocolate chips.
- Scoop and roll the dough into balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top each dough ball with 5 whole M&Ms.
- Bake for 8 to 9 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool for a few minutes on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Dough can be refrigerated for up to 3 days before baking. Use an air fryer for quicker baking at 320°F (160°C).
