Description

Delicious Easter Cookies with a delightful combination of textures and flavors, adorned with colorful M&Ms and white chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter (softened)
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup M&Ms (chopped and whole, separated)
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the sugars, butter, and vegetable oil in a stand mixer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Sift together baking powder, salt, baking soda, and flour in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract until incorporated.
  7. Fold in the chopped M&Ms and ½ cup of white chocolate chips.
  8. Scoop and roll the dough into balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Top each dough ball with 5 whole M&Ms.
  10. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  11. Cool for a few minutes on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Dough can be refrigerated for up to 3 days before baking. Use an air fryer for quicker baking at 320°F (160°C).
