- 2 cups strawberries, sliced

- Optional: 1/2 cup feta or goat cheese, crumbled

Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers and strawberries into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Add the chopped fresh herbs over the sliced fruits.
- Create the vinaigrette by whisking together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Combine the vinaigrette with the cucumber and strawberry mixture, gently tossing to coat.
- Add optional crumbled cheese and nuts on top if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for a deeper flavor integration.
