Description

Delightful breakfast sandwiches made with flaky croissants, creamy scrambled eggs, melted cheese, and savory ham or bacon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Croissants
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 slices of Cheese (Cheddar, Swiss, or Gouda)
  • 4 slices of Ham or Bacon
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Butter or Olive Oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Set aside on a paper towel.
  4. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs with salt and pepper until creamy.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches: Place scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, and bacon on the croissants.
  6. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Prepare bacon, eggs, and cheese in advance. You can customize with fresh veggies and alternate proteins.
