Ingredients

- 4 Croissants
- 4 Eggs
- 4 slices of Cheese (Cheddar, Swiss, or Gouda)
- 4 slices of Ham or Bacon
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Butter or Olive Oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Set aside on a paper towel.
- In the same skillet, scramble the eggs with salt and pepper until creamy.
- Assemble the sandwiches: Place scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, and bacon on the croissants.
- Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Prepare bacon, eggs, and cheese in advance. You can customize with fresh veggies and alternate proteins.
