Description

Tender cocktail sausages slow-cooked in a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, perfect for game day or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs cocktail smoked sausages
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, apricot jam, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Place the cocktail sausages directly into the Crock Pot.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the sausages and coat evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Serve warm with toothpicks or transfer to a serving dish.

Notes
