Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare the breading station: mix flour with salt in one bowl, beat eggs in another.
- Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat in flour.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Fry the chicken pieces for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Prepare the sauce by simmering orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan for about 5 minutes.
- Toss the fried chicken in the orange sauce until coated.
