- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease your 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Steam or blanch the broccoli until just tender, about 4-5 minutes, then drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, steamed broccoli, chopped bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Generously sprinkle the top with additional cheddar and mozzarella.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly, and the top is golden.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
