- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, broccoli, and mushrooms. Continue cooking until vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Ladle into bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
