Description

A comforting bowl of creamy garlic chicken ramen, perfect for chilly evenings, infusing rich flavors and warmth.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, broccoli, and mushrooms. Continue cooking until vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Ladle into bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
