Description

A comforting bowl of ramen with a creamy garlic broth, tender chicken, and vibrant vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (e.g., spinach, carrots, bell pepper)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts, browning them on both sides until fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes per side). Remove the chicken from the pot and set it aside to rest.
  2. Lower the heat to low, and in the same pot, toss in the minced garlic. Stir until fragrant—be careful not to let it burn!
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the ramen noodles to the simmering broth, cooking them according to package instructions, usually around 3-4 minutes.
  5. While the noodles are cooking, dice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces. Return the chicken to the pot, along with your fresh vegetables, stirring until well incorporated.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream, gently simmering until everything is warm, creamy, and beautifully combined.
  7. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  8. Spoon the ramen into bowls, garnishing each with chopped green onions.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Prep chicken and vegetables a day in advance and store them separately in the fridge.
