Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup grapes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, diced celery, red onion, and halved grapes. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste, ensuring every bite bursts with flavor.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a few lettuce leaves in the center.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken salad mixture atop the lettuce.
  5. Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  6. Continue with the remaining tortillas until all ingredients are wrapped.
