Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, diced celery, red onion, and halved grapes. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, ensuring every bite bursts with flavor.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a few lettuce leaves in the center.
- Spoon a generous amount of the chicken salad mixture atop the lettuce.
- Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
