- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 orange (zested and juiced)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the glaze by cooking cranberries, orange juice, zest, brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Season the turkey by patting it dry, seasoning with salt and pepper, and rubbing with olive oil.
- Apply a generous amount of the glaze over the turkey breast.
- Roast the turkey in the oven for approximately 1-2 hours, checking the internal temperature.
- Rest the turkey for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving with remaining glaze.
Notes
Prepare the cranberry orange glaze in advance for better flavor. Consider using maple syrup instead of honey for a different sweetness.
