- 1 lb Steak (Sirloin or Ribeye)
- Salt & Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 5 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 3/4 Cup Whole Milk
- 1 1/4 Cups Parmesan, Shredded
- Parsley, Chopped (Optional)
- Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
- Cracked Black Pepper (Optional Garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side. Let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and milk, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens. Season to taste.
- Add cooked tortellini and sliced steak to the sauce, gently folding to combine and heat through.
- Plate and garnish with parsley and cracked pepper, serve hot.

For variations, consider adding vegetables like spinach or sun-dried tomatoes. Make ahead by preparing the sauce and steak in advance.
