  • Salt & Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 5 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1 1/4 Cups Parmesan, Shredded
  • Parsley, Chopped (Optional)
  • Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
  • Cracked Black Pepper (Optional Garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side. Let it rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and milk, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens. Season to taste.
  5. Add cooked tortellini and sliced steak to the sauce, gently folding to combine and heat through.
