Description

A rich and velvety dip that blends the creaminess of cottage cheese with cocoa and a hint of sweetness, perfect for pairing with fresh fruits.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup apple slices
  • 1 cup banana slices
  • 1 cup seedless grapes

Instructions

  1. Combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and stir in mini chocolate chips, reserving some for garnish.
  4. Sprinkle reserved chocolate chips on top.
  5. Arrange fruit dippers around the bowl for serving.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to two days, stirring before serving.
