- 75g kataifi (chopped)
- 40g butter
- 140g pistachio paste
- 600g fresh strawberries
- 2 extra-large strawberries
- 300g Nutella
Instructions
- Toast the Kataifi: In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped kataifi and stir gently, cooking until golden brown for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add Pistachio Paste: Mix in the pistachio paste until well combined.
- Prepare the Strawberries: Rinse, hull, and slice the strawberries into quarters or halves.
- Melt the Nutella: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Nutella in 20-second intervals, stirring often for a smooth consistency.
- Layer the Cups: Assemble by placing a layer of strawberries, followed by the toasted kataifi mixture, then the melted Nutella. Repeat layers until cups are filled.
- Finish with an Extra Strawberry and Kataifi: Top each cup with an extra-large strawberry and a sprinkle of kataifi.
- Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
