Description

An indulgent chocolate chip cheesecake with a creamy filling and a buttery crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham Crackers (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by combining crushed graham crackers and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Mix the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth, then gradually add sugar, mixing until incorporated.
  4. Add sour cream, eggs one at a time, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set with a slightly jiggly center.
  8. Cool in the oven for about an hour with the door cracked, then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
