- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 1/2 cups Graham Crackers (crushed)
- 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Prepare the crust by combining crushed graham crackers and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Mix the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth, then gradually add sugar, mixing until incorporated.
- Add sour cream, eggs one at a time, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set with a slightly jiggly center.
- Cool in the oven for about an hour with the door cracked, then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
