Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (like lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado)
  • 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  5. Slice the chicken into pieces for the burrito filling.
  6. Lay a tortilla on a surface and layer with cooked rice, black beans, sliced chicken, fresh vegetables, and chipotle ranch dressing.
  7. Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling.
