- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the chicken into pieces for the burrito filling.
- Lay a tortilla on a surface and layer with cooked rice, black beans, sliced chicken, fresh vegetables, and chipotle ranch dressing.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
