Description

A comforting and savory dish featuring tender chicken and vibrant broccoli, infused with garlic and fresh ginger.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced ginger and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and mix well, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, either on its own or with rice or noodles.
