- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add minced ginger and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and mix well, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, either on its own or with rice or noodles.
