A delightful casserole combining classic cheeseburger flavors with crunchy French fries and gooey cheese.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups frozen French fries
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard.
- Layer half of the frozen French fries in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over the fries.
- Drizzle beef broth over the beef layer.
- Layer the remaining fries on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over everything.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Can be made ahead and refrigerated. For a crispier finish, consider using an air fryer.
