Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set it to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine soft cream cheese, chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend well.
- Roll out the pastry: Dust a clean surface with flour and roll out the puff pastry into squares or triangles.
