Ingredients

Scale
  • 280 g ready-to-use sugar cookie dough
  • 310 g caramel bits
  • 280 g semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough firmly into a greased mini muffin tin.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  4. Remove from the oven and make a small indentation in the center of each cup.
  5. In a saucepan, combine the caramel bits and water, and heat until smooth.
  6. Spoon the caramel into each cookie cup, filling just over the top.
