- 310 g caramel bits
- 280 g semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press the sugar cookie dough firmly into a greased mini muffin tin.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and make a small indentation in the center of each cup.
- In a saucepan, combine the caramel bits and water, and heat until smooth.
- Spoon the caramel into each cookie cup, filling just over the top.
- Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the caramel layer.
- Let cool completely before serving.
