Description

Ingredients

  • Cajun Seasoning
  • Steak Tips (sirloin or ribeye)
  • Rigatoni Pasta
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Heavy Cream
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Garlic, minced
  • Onion, diced

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the rigatoni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, sear the seasoned steak tips until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté diced onions and minced garlic in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  4. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring to create a thick sauce.
  5. Fold in the cooked rigatoni and seared steak tips, ensuring they’re coated in the sauce.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
