Ingredients
- Cajun Seasoning
- Steak Tips (sirloin or ribeye)
- Rigatoni Pasta
- Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the rigatoni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, sear the seasoned steak tips until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté diced onions and minced garlic in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring to create a thick sauce.
- Fold in the cooked rigatoni and seared steak tips, ensuring they’re coated in the sauce.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
