Description

A light and fluffy dessert that captures the essence of bubblegum, layered on a crunchy graham cracker base and topped with mini marshmallows and colorful sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream or coconut cream
  • 1 cup bubblegum-flavored yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon bubblegum extract
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin or agar-agar
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup colorful sprinkles
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until the texture resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking pan for an even layer.
  3. Chill the pan in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  4. Dissolve gelatin in 3 tablespoons of warm water and let it thicken.
  5. In a large bowl, blend whipped cream, bubblegum yogurt, bubblegum extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in the dissolved gelatin into the cream mixture.
  7. Pour the bubblegum filling over the graham cracker base and spread evenly.
  8. Chill again for at least 60 minutes or until firm.
  9. Top with mini marshmallows and colorful sprinkles.
  10. Optionally garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving chilled.

Notes

This dessert can be prepared a day in advance. Avoid reheating; it’s best enjoyed chilled.
