- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream or coconut cream
- 1 cup bubblegum-flavored yogurt
- 1 teaspoon bubblegum extract
- 1 tablespoon gelatin or agar-agar
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup colorful sprinkles
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking pan for an even layer.
- Chill the pan in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- Dissolve gelatin in 3 tablespoons of warm water and let it thicken.
- In a large bowl, blend whipped cream, bubblegum yogurt, bubblegum extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the dissolved gelatin into the cream mixture.
- Pour the bubblegum filling over the graham cracker base and spread evenly.
- Chill again for at least 60 minutes or until firm.
- Top with mini marshmallows and colorful sprinkles.
- Optionally garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving chilled.
Notes
This dessert can be prepared a day in advance. Avoid reheating; it’s best enjoyed chilled.
