- 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup of unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup of granulated sugar
- 2 cups of whipped cream
- 1 cup of bubblegum-flavored yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of bubblegum extract
- 1 tablespoon of gelatin
- ¼ cup of powdered sugar
- ½ cup of mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup of colorful sprinkles
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until resembling wet sand.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Chill the pan in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- Dissolve the gelatin in 3 tablespoons of warm water and let it thicken.
- Mix the whipped cream, bubblegum yogurt, bubblegum extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the dissolved gelatin to the cream mixture and gently fold it in.
- Layer the filling over the chilled graham cracker base.
- Chill again for at least 60 minutes or until firm.
- Decorate with mini marshmallows and colorful sprinkles.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
- Slice and serve chilled.
