Description

A light, fluffy dessert that captures the nostalgic flavor of bubblegum, featuring a creamy filling, graham cracker base, and colorful toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of bubblegum-flavored yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of bubblegum extract
  • 1 tablespoon of gelatin
  • ¼ cup of powdered sugar
  • ½ cup of mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup of colorful sprinkles
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until resembling wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  3. Chill the pan in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  4. Dissolve the gelatin in 3 tablespoons of warm water and let it thicken.
  5. Mix the whipped cream, bubblegum yogurt, bubblegum extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Add the dissolved gelatin to the cream mixture and gently fold it in.
  7. Layer the filling over the chilled graham cracker base.
  8. Chill again for at least 60 minutes or until firm.
  9. Decorate with mini marshmallows and colorful sprinkles.
  10. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
  11. Slice and serve chilled.
