Description

A comforting Breakfast Club Sandwich featuring layers of crispy bacon, juicy sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, and creamy avocado nestled between toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 8 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 slices of toasted bread
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Cheese slices (your choice)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork sausage until browned and set aside.
  2. Add bacon slices to the same skillet and cook until crispy, then remove and keep drippings.
  3. Pour in unsalted butter and melt it, then add beaten eggs and scramble until fluffy.
  4. Begin layering your sandwich with sausage on one slice of toasted bread.
  5. Follow with crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, cheese, and sliced avocado.
  6. Place another slice of toasted bread on top, repeating layers if desired.
  7. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
