Description

Ingredients

  • 12 Fresh jalapeños
  • 4 oz Brie cheese
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Bacon (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Combine cream cheese, Brie cheese, blueberries, honey, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
