Ingredients
- Flatbread – 2 pieces
- Cooked chicken breast, shredded – 1 cup
- BBQ sauce – 1/2 cup
- Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
- Red onion, thinly sliced – 1/4 cup
- Fresh cilantro, chopped – 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a medium bowl.
- Prepare the flatbreads by coating them with olive oil.
- Assemble the BBQ chicken mixture on the flatbreads, then top with shredded mozzarella and red onions.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, mix some hot sauce into the BBQ sauce. You can also prep the BBQ chicken mixture in advance.
