Description

A flavorful BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza topped with smoky BBQ sauce, tender chicken, gooey cheese, and crunchy red onions.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread – 2 pieces
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded – 1 cup
  • BBQ sauce – 1/2 cup
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
  • Red onion, thinly sliced – 1/4 cup
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped – 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a medium bowl.
  3. Prepare the flatbreads by coating them with olive oil.
  4. Assemble the BBQ chicken mixture on the flatbreads, then top with shredded mozzarella and red onions.

Notes
