Description

A quick and indulgent treat combining creamy Nutella, sweet banana, and warm cinnamon in a crispy quesadilla.


Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas (20 cm diameter)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
  • 23 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
  • 120 g Nutella spread
  • 1 banana, sliced

Instructions

  1. Spread Nutella on one side of each tortilla.
  2. Layer banana slices on two of the tortillas over the Nutella.
  3. Top with the remaining tortillas, Nutella side down.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the softened butter.
  5. Once the butter is melted, place the quesadillas in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from skillet, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while warm, slice into wedges, and serve.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Assemble and wrap in plastic wrap to store in the refrigerator until ready to grill. Use an air fryer for a quicker cooking method.
