Description
A quick and indulgent treat combining creamy Nutella, sweet banana, and warm cinnamon in a crispy quesadilla.
Ingredients

- 4 flour tortillas (20 cm diameter)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
- 2–3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
- 120 g Nutella spread
- 1 banana, sliced
Instructions
- Spread Nutella on one side of each tortilla.
- Layer banana slices on two of the tortillas over the Nutella.
- Top with the remaining tortillas, Nutella side down.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the softened butter.
- Once the butter is melted, place the quesadillas in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while warm, slice into wedges, and serve.
Notes
Make-ahead tips: Assemble and wrap in plastic wrap to store in the refrigerator until ready to grill. Use an air fryer for a quicker cooking method.
