Description

Delightful crispy quesadillas filled with sweet bananas and creamy Nutella, enhanced with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.


Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas (20 cm diameter)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (softened)
  • 23 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
  • 120 g Nutella spread
  • 1 banana (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread a layer of Nutella on one half of each tortilla.
  3. Add some banana slices on top of the Nutella.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half and spread softened butter on both sides.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on both sides.
  6. Place the folded tortillas in the skillet and cook until golden brown and crisp, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and cut into wedges before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, try cooking in an air fryer or baking in the oven. Serve with fresh fruit or vanilla ice cream for an enhanced treat.
