Description
Delightful crispy quesadillas filled with sweet bananas and creamy Nutella, enhanced with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients

- 4 flour tortillas (20 cm diameter)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (softened)
- 2–3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
- 120 g Nutella spread
- 1 banana (sliced)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread a layer of Nutella on one half of each tortilla.
- Add some banana slices on top of the Nutella.
- Fold the tortilla in half and spread softened butter on both sides.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on both sides.
- Place the folded tortillas in the skillet and cook until golden brown and crisp, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and cut into wedges before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, try cooking in an air fryer or baking in the oven. Serve with fresh fruit or vanilla ice cream for an enhanced treat.
